Delegmate reaches your Workspace through one entry in the Google Admin console, called domain-wide delegation. You add it once, and you can remove it at any time.
1

Go to app.delegmate.com/sign-in and choose Continue with Google, using your Workspace account. The first sign-in sets your company up.
2

Press Connect

The Google Admin console opens with everything filled in. You need to be signed in there as a super admin.
3

Press Authorize

Come back to Delegmate and the page carries on by itself.

If you’re not the admin

On the setup page, choose Email them the steps. It opens an email to your admin with the link, the client ID and the list of permissions already written out. They don’t need a Delegmate account to do it.

If you don’t see an Authorize button

Add the entry by hand. In the Google Admin console, go to Security, then Access and data control, API controls, Domain-wide delegation, and press Add new. Paste the client ID and the OAuth scopes shown on the setup page, then press Authorize. Google usually applies this within minutes, though it allows itself up to 24 hours.

What you’re granting

A teammate works as its own account. It never opens a person’s mailbox, calendar or drive: it sees only what is shared with it or sent to it. See the full list of permissions, and what each is for.
