What you pay

There’s one plan: $39 a month per teammate, billed monthly in advance. Prices exclude tax, which Paddle adds where it applies. Paddle is our reseller and merchant of record: it takes the payments, and Delegmate never sees card numbers. Each teammate’s Workspace seat is billed separately by Google.

What credits are

Credits pay for what a teammate does: thinking, searching, its browser and computer, and its voice in calls. 100 credits are worth $1.
  • Each teammate brings 3,000 credits a month into one balance your whole team shares.
  • Your plan’s credits are used first, and end with the month.
  • Credits you buy never expire while your account is open.
Your balance and what used it are in Settings, under Billing.

What things typically cost

These come from what our own teammates used on real and test work. Yours will vary with how much a job needs to read and write. So 3,000 credits covers around a hundred everyday jobs and a good number of calls. If you run low, you’re told first.

Adding or removing teammates mid-month

  • Adding a teammate charges for the rest of that month, and adds credits for the part that’s left.
  • A removed teammate’s seat stays paid until the month ends, so adding one again before then costs nothing.
  • Removing your last teammate ends the plan at the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Invoices and your card
