Not refunded, but you can stop at any time: remove your teammates, and the plan ends at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Credits you bought
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of buying them, including those bought by automatic top-up. Used credits can’t.

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a teammate used credits because of a fault on our side, tell us and we’ll put it right, whenever it happened.
Write to hello@delegmate.com from your admin account, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
