Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Slack, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Tasks need no connecting: a teammate works in them as itself.

There are two ways to connect an app:
  1. On its Apps tab. Open the teammate on the dashboard, choose Apps, and connect the app in a click or with its key.
  2. By asking. Just ask for the work. When it needs an app, it sends you a link to connect it.
Each teammate has its own connections, so you decide exactly what each one can reach, and it doesn’t need its own seat in the app. It works through the account your team chooses when connecting. See the full list of apps.

Disconnect an app

On its Apps tab, press Disconnect beside the app. It stops being able to reach it straight away.

Apps with no connection

For anything else, a teammate uses its own computer: an always-on browser in the cloud, where it signs in as itself. If it needs an account that belongs to your team, it asks for the login.
