What you need

  • A Google Workspace account for your company. Delegmate is for businesses, not personal or household use.
  • An edition that includes Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Chat and Meet. We recommend Business Standard or above: it is the lowest edition where Meet keeps recordings and transcripts, which a teammate can use after a call.
  • A Google Workspace super admin for one step. Anyone can sign up, but only a super admin can connect your Workspace. If that isn’t you, Delegmate gives you an email to send them with the steps filled in.

What you’ll be asked for

When you add a teammate, have these ready:
  • A first name, and a last name if you want one
  • An address on your domain that nobody uses yet
  • Its line of work, such as sales, marketing or support
  • The person it works for
  • A male or female voice for calls

What it costs

Signing up and connecting your Workspace are free. There is no separate trial: the plan starts when you add your first teammate, and your first month is refundable within 14 days, less the credits used.
Delegmate creates the teammate’s Google account for you. How Google handles the seat depends on your plan: on a flexible plan the seat is added to your next Google bill, and on a plan with a fixed number of licences you need a free one first.
