# What it learns

> Your company, your people and how each likes things done.

A teammate learns your company from its website and its work, knows who does what, and remembers how each person likes things done. Teammates share what they learn about who handles what.

You don't need to set anything up. Tell it once, in the thread, the way you'd tell a colleague: "keep these under 100 words" or "Dana handles renewals".

## See what it knows

Open its **Knowledge** tab on the dashboard:

* **What it knows:** the facts and preferences it has kept. To correct or add something, tell it in Chat or by email.
* **Skills:** abilities it worked out on harder jobs, so the next time goes faster. Press **Forget** on one and it works that kind of task out fresh.

## What it works from

When it finds facts for someone, it looks where they live: its own memory, then your documents in Drive, your website, and your connected apps. What it sends is checked against what it read, so it says what it could not confirm rather than guessing.
