# Refunds

> Your first month, credits you bought, and anything charged by mistake.

The [refund policy](https://delegmate.com/refunds) is the full version. In short:

| What | When it's refunded |
| - | - |
| **Your first month** | Ask within 14 days of your first payment. It's refunded in full, less the cost of the credits your teammates used. |
| **Later months** | Not refunded, but you can stop at any time: remove your teammates, and the plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for. |
| **Credits you bought** | Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of buying them, including those bought by automatic top-up. Used credits can't. |
| **Something that went wrong** | If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a teammate used credits because of a fault on our side, tell us and we'll put it right, whenever it happened. |

## How to ask

Write to [hello@delegmate.com](mailto:hello@delegmate.com) from your admin account, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
